So, I’ll start by addressing the big question here. What is a sacred space? What do I need to create one? The only thing you need is YOU.
You are the most important part of your sacred space. This space should bring you clarity, peace, and time to just breathe.
And your space doesn’t actually need to be a physical space that you go to every single day. Being a traveler myself, I don’t always have a dedicated place that I can depend on, so the most important thing is the keep a space inside yourself.
