How a Morning Routine Will Revolutionize Your Business
About two years ago I starting doing this one thing and it COMPLETELY changed my entire business.
I mean it.
My business went from slowing chugging along to being transformed into a bullet train with clients coming in left and right.
So what is this magical solution?
It’s having a set morning routine.
So how did having a morning routine totally change everything?
1. Prioritizes Self Care
If you’re not taking care of yourself then you’re not taking care of your business! It is CRITICAL that you are always taking care of yourself, especially for us spiritual entrepreneurs.
It’s so easy to get wrapped up in our work and clients and completely let our own health and happiness fall to the wayside. And when that happens it can lead to all sorts of different issues from health problems to burnout to anything you can imagine.
By having a morning routine, you’re literally putting yourself and your health (and your business!) first, which is where it should always be.
2. Gets You Clear on What You’re Doing with Your Day
What are your intentions for the day?
What do you need to get done?
Where do you need to be putting your focus?
Having a morning routine has helped me stay focused and on track with what I’m doing and where I want to go with my business. It gives me the time and space to plan my day insead of just jumping in and constantly living in that go, go, go energy.
So, instead of doing busy work and working for the sake of working, I do way more of the important things that are going to make an actual impact and allow me to reach my goals.
3. Invites in Creativity and Inspiration
I get SO MANY of my business ideas during my morning routine.
For example, the Sales Flow Goddesses Sister Circle, my recently opened Facebook group that I am having SO much fun in, came from an idea I had during my morning routine.
My courses and free resources? Ideas that have come from my morning routines.
The majority of the videos that I do? Ideas that came out of the mediation or card pulling or journaling that I do during my morning routine.
What should your morning routine include?
It doesn’t matter what it is that you do in your morning routine, that’s going to be totally and completely personal to you. What matters is that you have one and that it makes you feel good.
If you don’t currently have a morning routine that you follow, try it out this week and see how things shift. See what ideas come up and see how it makes you look at your business differently.
Even if you can only fit in a half hour, I promise it’s going to be worth it.
