
How to Create a High Converting Opt-In Page

Today I’m sharing my NUMBER ONE optin page layout that I use all the time.
First things first…
I want to start off by saying that you should ALWAYS be testing EVERYTHING with your audience.
But, with that being said, I’ve been doing this for close to four years now and have used many, MANY different layouts for my optin pages, so trust me when I say this is the way to get you started.
Your Opt-In Page Blueprint:
1. Keep it visual
Start building your page with an image on one side and text on the other. You can either have an image in the background or keep it as an element to the side of the text.
2. Layout your copy
One of the best ways to start your optin page copy is with questions.
In Human Design, about 80% of people are generators, which means that they’re designed to respond to questions. It’s the perfect way to draw people in and get them to keep reading!
Next add the title of your optin and follow it up with more information about what they’re going to learn. This is a great space to add bullet points!
Then it’s time to add your sign-up form and cpnnect it to your email provider!
PRO TIP: Do your best to have all of your content above the fold! That means you can see everything on the page without having to scroll down.
3. Optimize for mobile
This is so crucial and the biggest thing that I see people missing.
Some 70-80% of people are going to view your optin page on a mobile device! Your final step in your optin page blueprint is always to optimize the mobile version.

And once you get it set up, don’t forget to start split testing copy, images, colors, and more.
