One thing I see a lot when people come to me is that they are spending their time trying to run 10+ different sales flows.
You really don’t need that many. In fact, some are probably wasting your time. Here’s why…
When thinking about running sales flows, you really should only have one or two, maybe three at the most. The reasons are simple really-
- You are fully focused. When you have a several sales flows, you are splitting your focus and attention. Don’t do that.
- Fine tuning is easier. When you only have one or two, you can test them and adjust them as needed much easier than trying to do that to 15 of them. Your time is precious, okay?
- Creates a universal experience. the experience will be better for everyone if they are experiencing the same motions. It makes everything much simpler for you and your clients.
So if you’re reading this and thinking of your 17 sales flows, my darling, it is time to downsize. Take a look at your flows and pick the one or two that seem to drive the most business to you. Then dump the rest. Trust me. You’ll be able to breathe easier now.
