What is Magical Marketing and How Can it Change Your Business?

If there is one thing you should absolutely know about me is that I am very WOO.

I follow the moon and plan accordingly so that I know when I’ll be at my most productive versus when I’m at my least productive.

I use tarot cards and oracle cards every day as part of my morning routine to help get me going. 

I use crystals and L.O.V.E it. 

So it shouldn’t surprise you that I may use some terminology that gives off that amazing woo vibe…

Today, I’m here to clarify what I mean when I say ” Magical Marketing!”

First off, I don’t mean Harry Potter style spells and potion casting. 

Unless that’s your thing and if so, this Ravenclaw wants to hear all about it!

What I mean is marketing with intention. 

Too often I see people throwing stuff out there just because they know they need to have stuff out there, but it doesn’t actually align with them. 

You need to figure out:

  • What do you want to accomplish?
  • How do you want that person interacting with your marketing efforts feel about you?
  • What is the transformation you want them to undergo?
  • What do you want them to take away from this?

If you’re just putting things out there without the same energy and spirit I know you have about your business, don’t even do it. Your audience is going to be able to tell that you’re unsure and they’re not going to want whatever it is you’re offering.

It actually will most likely backfire on you instead.

If you’re familiar with Yoga, I have a perfect analagoy for you.

Make sure that your marketing makes you feel just as aligned, powerful, and connected that standing in the Tadasana/ Mountain Pose makes you feel.

And always remember: 

  1. Don’t get caught up in following the marketing “rules.”
  2. Only do what feels good to you.
  3. Carry the excitiment and intentions throughout the entire process and not just in the beginning.

Marketing should never make you feel icky because if you feel it, so does your audience. Be true to you and your brand and you’ll gain that know, like, and trust factor that will bring you the success you’re aiming for.
