The number one thing is to make sure your mindset is in the right place. And I’m not talking about having positive thoughts, vibes, and attitude (but you should definitely have that, just saying). I’m talking about making sure you’re thinking just like Facebook.

Facebook is your friend. You gotta think about what Facebook wants too. It wants you to stay on Facebook. It’s okay to every once in a while post a link that will direct your traffic to another site, BUT be mindful of how frequently you post those kinds of links. You can’t start hanging out with your friends and then ditch them without expecting them to always be okay with it, right?
Oh, okay! That does make sense, but how do I show Facebook more love?
The best thing you can do right now to show Facebook you’re listening is Facebook Live. It’s something they are really pushing, expanding and innovating, and it’s not going away anytime soon.
By using Facebook Live, you’re telling Facebook that you support their ideas and that they should support yours too. In fact, Facebook is so excited about Live that using it comes with rewards. Facebook Live generates more ORGANIC reach than any other post type, making your cost or even the need for ads to become obsolete.
Meaning, these live posts will automatically reach more people than adding a link to a blog post. Why? BECAUSE FACEBOOK IS EXCITED ABOUT LIVE! If you need further convincing, check your analytics!
So remember the golden rule- you have to treat Facebook the way they want to be treated and they’re going to give you the organic reach you want. With that kind of reward, your Facebook engagement is going to grow, your community is going to grow, and, of course, YOUR BUSINESS IS GOING TO GROW!
